Joy Eshiofune Bobmanuel is the Director for Legal, Corporate Business Services and Company Secretary for PeaceRyde Africa LLC. Joy has several professional years of experience in business related services, active law practice; corporate law, processing Nigeria business incorporation, annual returns filings, pre and post business incorporation services with the corporate affairs commission.

Joy has successfully registered and set up businesses for both local and foreign clients, and she currently acts as their legal representative in matters relating to Nigeria immigration laws, real estate investments, legal advice, litigation, mediation, arbitration, management of case files, legal drafting & contracts, legal representation in Superior courts etc.

Eugene Okobi Ujukwu was an astute banker with over 33 years’ experience in the Financial Institutions. He worked as Operations Manager in International Merchant Bank Limited; Area Internal Control Manager in Standard Trust Bank Limited; Regional Internal Controller (Eastern and Northern Regions) in United Bank for Africa PLC.

As part of the Senior Management Team in UBA, he was highly respected for his dedication, hardwork and unquestionable integrity which made him outstanding amongst his colleagues and was ultimately recognized and rewarded by UBA Management in 2010 CEO award night.

Eugene worked as GM - Risk Management, Compliance and Assurance in one of reputable Oil & Gas Company in Nigeria.

He holds master’s degree in finance and Banking. Eugene is also an Associate Member of Nigerian Institute of Bankers; Member of Nigerian Institute of Management; Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and ISO Certified Auditor.

Eugene had several courses and training both locally and international space on Risk Management, Human Relations Management, Compliance Issues/ Management and Transport Business Management.

Eugene has implemented many cost-saving measures in his previous organizations that resulted in significant revenue gains for the organizations.

Daniella Iyore Uwagboe is the Group Manager for Financial Shared Services & Account Executive for PeaceRyde Africa LLC. Daniella brings a wealth of experience in efficiently and successfully resolving customers complaints, recorded successes in effectively closing-out customers’ accounts reconciliations, corporate tax filings, and other financial related shared services for PeaceRyde Africa LLC and its affiliate companies.

Kile Ronn is Business Partner for PeaceRyde Africa LLC. He is a Licensed tax professional, and notary public. He is the Owner of the US-based tax firm Rebel Tax Solutions, with over 12 years of professional experience. He specializes in IRS representation and small business incorporation. Additionally, he assists business owners with multiple ownerships in the most advantageous entity structuring and tax planning. Kile comes from an extensive background in Income Tax Debt resolution at both the IRS and state levels, and for both businesses and individuals.

He helps new clients obtain tax ID numbers for non-resident business owners with U.S based businesses.

Kile is our lead partner for North & South American operations.
